Refund/Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Safecellphoneinc.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders placed on this website will ship within 2 business days. In the event that this is not possible (due to backorders or other delays), the customer shall be notified of this delay within 1-2 business days of placing the order.

At this time, Safe Cell Phone Inc. ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Adventure Out ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
